At GetCarTech, we stand by the compatibility and ease of use of our products. That’s why we offer a Successful Install Guarantee. If you run into a genuine issue during installation that we can't solve, we’ll accept a return—no hassles, granted it meets the criteria below.

Most of our products come with a 12-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated. Please contact us for assistance with warranty claims and provide your order number and issue description.
